So we provide our clients with a Budget Calculator as part of our Welcome Guide to help you see what items cost at a variety of quality points. Most of our clients are a mix of “high/low” it’s just about determining what you’re comfortable with spending. Always remember you can shop your shopping links in phases.

Many of our clients use their design plan as a guide or prefer to buy in person, directly in-store. You always stay in control of the buying process.

We source furniture and decor from many big-box retailers like Arhaus, Pottery Barn, Wayfair, and Anthropologie, as well as small boutique vendors and unique online retailers, giving you affordable, quality, and unique recommendations for your space.

Yes, we can! Designing ahead of move-in is a great way to hit the ground running, but we do need detailed information to get it right.
To create an accurate design, we’ll need thorough photos of the space and precise measurements. While space plans are very helpful, many leave out important details we’ll need for things like window treatments and accurate renderings.
If possible, we recommend arranging access to the property to gather exact measurements or find someone who can.

Of course! If you love it your designer will do their best to incorporate it into your design. If you need help deciding what stays and what goes, your designer can advise you on your kick-off call.

Yes! We can make paint, wallpaper, and even tile recommendations in any of our design packages.
We can recommend flooring and countertop type/material/stain (ex. LVP white oak or Quartz), providing examples or mock-ups in renderings but we do not source those items online. You’ll want to work with your local provider.
Our custom built-ins are conceptual and should be implemented with the help of a local contractor or carpenter.

Absolutely. You can purchase as many room packages at a time as you’d like. You’ll automatically receive a discount when you book three or more packages.
To prevent you from getting overwhelmed, we’ll divide your design into phases, designing for 3 rooms at a time to help minimize decision fatigue. You’ll stay with the same designer, and we can divide the phases and move as fast or slow as you need.
Everyone’s needs are a bit different, so feel free to book a Discovery Call to discuss more. You have up to 1 year to begin your design after purchase.

We love our high-touch, streamlined, design process. You’ll connect through our online design studio, where you can easily message your designer, view your boards, and leave comments all in one place. You’ll also start your project with a kickoff call to make sure we’re aligned from the beginning. You will periodically receive emails updating you on your design process.
