3D Design Package Deliverables
Kick-Off Call with Designer
First, you’ll complete your project questionnaire, including information like photos of your current space, measurements, budget, and inspiration images. We’ll use that to hand match you with the Homzie Designer who best fits your style! You’ll have a 30-minute Zoom kick-off call where your designer will go over your questionnaire with you and get clear on your vision for the space before we start designing!
Furniture Layouts
Within a few days, your designer will invite you to our online design studio platform to review your furniture layout options for the space. Once you approve of your favorite plan, your designer will start designing!
2D Mood Board Design
Your designer will create a walk-through video sharing their vision for your initial design concept. You’ll be able to share your thoughts & feedback with your designer on our platform. Approving items you want to see in your final design and declining items you’d like to see different options for.
3D Renderings
Your designer will create multi-angle 3D renderings for you to envision how the exact products and elements from your design plan would look in your reimagined space. This is great for large rooms, rooms with paint or wallpaper additions, fireplace redesigns, built-ins, beam work etc.
Personal Shopping List
After your revisions, once you have approved of all of the items in your design your designer will update your 2D and 3D boards and create your custom shopping list. This will have direct links to every item in your design, as well as all of the sizing, color, and material information to ensure your’re purchasing the right products.
Design Installation Notes
Finally you’ll receive a video from your designer with all of the installation details for your space. That way you never have to guess how high to hang the art in your space, where to hang the curtain rod, what sheen to get your paint in! All of the details will be provided.
7-Day Link Guarantee
After your design is finalized, your project will remain open for 7-days. If for any reason an item in your shopping list goes out of stock or becomes unavailable within the first 7-days after your project is completed, your designer will happily resource that product for you.
